Job summary

Grapevine’s First Baptist Church seeks a Worship Pastor who shepherds people and leads biblically faithful, excellent worship experiences. You will provide spiritual leadership to worship and production ministries, collaborate with church staff, and develop volunteer leaders for weekend services and special events.

The role requires pastoral leadership, organizational excellence, and experience in worship planning, production, and technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Three or more years of worship leadership experience preferred.
• Experience leading worship and production ministries.
• Strong vocal leadership with proficiency on guitar or keyboard preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekend worship services and major church gatherings in partnership with the Senior Pastor and teaching team.
• Oversee audio, video, lighting, presentation, and livestream ministries; ensure services are planned and executed with excellence.
• Lead and develop worship and production volunteers; manage ministry budgets and coordinate ministry communications.
