Preston Trail Community Church in Frisco, TX is seeking a part-time Worship Team Admin to provide strategic administrative and operational leadership for the Worship Ministry. You will build healthy systems, remove obstacles, and support staff and volunteers so they can lead meaningful worship experiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the Worship Ministry, ensuring excellence across calendars, projects, budgets, and communication.
• Manage scheduling, room reservations, purchasing, reimbursements, payroll for paid musicians, and operational workflows.
• Coordinate facility requests, meeting logistics, retreat planning, and ministry events.
• Maintain clear documentation, meeting notes, and ministry systems that keep the team aligned.
• Anticipate the needs of the Worship Pastor and staff by proactively solving problems.
