Job summary

The United Parish in Brookline seeks a part-time Media Producer to run Sunday livestreams, oversee in-person audio-visual quality, and maintain church A/V systems.

You will recruit volunteers, coordinate with worship planning and communications teams, and ensure a top-notch user experience for worshipers.

This role requires 3–5 years of A/V experience, proficiency with Premiere Pro, and the ability to work Sundays and occasional events.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience working with audio/visual equipment, software and livestreaming; worship media production experience preferred.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Strong technical skills in audio, video, and lighting systems.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• CORI clearance is a pre-condition to employment.
• Proof of vaccination per United Parish policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee worship service livestream on YouTube; edit video for redistribution and social media.
• Maintain high-quality in-person sound and livestream audio/visual quality.
• Coordinate with worship team and staff; lead soundcheck process and weekly reports.
• Lead equipment maintenance and replacements; source necessary tools.
• Stay current on new media technologies to enhance the media program.
• Inventory and organize A/V and livestream gear; keep worship space safe and clutter-free.
• Recruit and collaborate with Media Advisory Team to maintain production quality and progress toward goals.
• Define and adhere to annual equipment budget with church leadership.
