Qualifications

• Proven experience in live production (audio, lighting, video).
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues swiftly.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Weekend and evening availability.
• Passion for creating engaging worship experiences via media and technology.
• Experience with ProPresenter and professional live production systems.

Responsibilities

• Support weekly campus events by enabling volunteers and coordinating teams.
• Manage interns and volunteers across events and projects.
• Mix FOH audio for weekend services at least once per month.
• Maintain equipment across campus for maximum uptime.
• Partner with AVL leads to install and upgrade equipment.
• Actively participate in all-staff and production team meetings.
