Unitysantafe is seeking a part-time Audio Visual person to manage our production booth for Sunday Services. As a contractor, you will work approximately 2 hours on Sunday mornings, responsible for audio mixing and troubleshooting technical issues during services. Additional paid opportunities may arise for special events. Ideal candidates are tech-capable and calm under pressure, with skills in audio mixing and familiarity with streaming software. Qualifications

• Comfortable with computer tech, audio mixing & live sound (training available).
• Familiarity with streaming software (vMix, OBS, YouTube Live, etc.) is a plus.
• Reliable, calm under pressure, and happy to serve behind the scenes.
• Able to troubleshoot technical issues on the fly.

Responsibilities

Job description

Position Status: Contractor - 2 hours per Sunday (Weekly or Biweekly depending on availability)

Part-time Audio Visual person needed. We are looking for a tech-capable enthusiast or professional of sound and cameras to help manage our production booth for Sunday Service. This position is contract for approximately 2 hours on Sunday mornings with potential additional paid hours for special services/events.

Sunday Service In-House and Livestream Production

• Manage in-person and livestream audio mixing in collaboration with sound person via Presonus soundboard and accompanying computer app for musicians, vocalists, and speakers.
• Perform pre-service equipment checks (microphones, cables, streaming software, lighting).
• Troubleshoot technical issues quickly and calmly during the service.
• Assist with PowerPoint slides, lighting adjustments, and audio & videos, etc. as needed throughout the service.
• Work closely with minister, Sunday service assistants, and volunteers.
• Assist in recording and uploading Sunday service videos for post-service distribution.

Required Skills

• Someone comfortable with computer tech, audio mixing & live sound (training available if you’re new to church systems).
• Familiarity with streaming software (vMix, OBS, YouTube Live, etc.) is a plus.
• Reliable, calm under pressure, and happy to serve behind the scenes.
• Able to trouble shoot technical issues on the fly
• Comfortable with PowerPoint, ProPresenter, or similar presentation tools.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Sundays from 9:45 AM to 11:45 AM
• Occasional extra time & payment for special services (like holidays).
