Responsibilities

• Lead worship during Sunday services.
• Lead a weekly rehearsal to prepare the team musically.
• Meet with the Lead Pastor to select songs and plan service flow.
• Prepare set lists, keys, arrangements, tracks, and essential information.
• Use Planning Center to organize music and communicate with the team.
• Lead with warmth and authenticity to encourage participation.
