Job summary

Hillside Church in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Worship Pastor who loves Jesus and shepherds people through worship-as-discipleship. You will lead weekly services, shape a vibrant worship culture, and mentor musicians and volunteers while partnering with the Lead Pastor and staff.

You will also manage worship ministry planning, technology, and budget, while providing pastoral care and collaborating with the church body to advance gospel-centered worship in our community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in music, theology, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of worship leadership in a church setting preferred.
• Strong spiritual maturity and shepherding heart.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and lead weekly worship services and special events.
• Recruit, train, and mentor worship team members.
• Oversee worship technology and budget.
