Job summary

Life.Church is seeking a Worship Creative Operations Leader to guide the Worship Creative team and drive collaboration through clear communication. This role focuses on active and upcoming projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met while advancing the church's mission.

The leader will manage project calendars, budgeting input, travel logistics, and cross-team coordination to support central and campus efforts.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to self-motivate, make independent decisions and solve problems.
• Maintain flexibility and initiate the creation of new processes and project strategies.
• Ability to manage conflict and differing opinions while maintaining composure.
• Strong leadership skills and understanding of developing and guiding others.
• Ability to take a great vision and turn it into reality through strategic execution.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1-3 years of work-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Worship Creative team toward collaboration through effective communication.
• Focus on active and upcoming projects to meet timelines and deliverables.
• Lead project management and operational initiatives to support team goals.
• Support Worship Creative budget and campus resourcing efforts.
• Manage team travel arrangements and itineraries.
• Coordinate scheduling and calendars for multiple projects.
• Communicate expectations and next steps to ensure timely completion.
• Proactively track data, make decisions, and report to Central teams and vendors.
