Job summary

Life.Church is seeking a Worship Creative Operations Leader to guide the Worship Creative team, coordinate cross-campus projects, and ensure timely delivery of creative initiatives that advance our mission. The role emphasizes strong communication, project oversight, and collaboration with operations to support worship experiences across campuses.

Ideal candidates will bring leadership, budget coordination, and a track record of turning vision into practical execution while fostering a culture

Responsibilities

• Support and input Worship Creative budget and planning.
• Collaborate with Director of Operations on event and songwriting trip planning.
• Manage team travel arrangements including flights, hotels, transport, itineraries.
• Support campus resourcing efforts for the song bank and creative elements.
• Maintain project calendars and scheduling across multiple projects.
• Ensure clear communication of expectations and next steps to keep projects on track.

What You'll DoSupport the Central Worship Creative Team

• Support and input Worship Creative budget


• Collaborate with Director of Operations with event and songwriting trip planning


• Manage Team travel arrangements by booking flights, reserving hotels, coordinatingtransportation, and creating travel itineraries


• Support Central Ministry Leader of Worship Creative with campus resourcing efforts for thesong bank and creative elements


• Manage and maintain project calendars and scheduling


• Assist in collaboration with campus and central teams, communicating expectations, ensuringnext steps to keep projects viable and completed on time


• Logistical ownership of team projects, overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, whileensuring proper attention, priority and collaboration is placed on projects


• Proactively owning logistical tasks such as data tracking and reporting, decisions, approvals, andhigh level communication to Central teams, stakeholders, and industry vendors and partners

Skills Needed to Succeed

• High School Diploma or GED


• 1-3 years of work-related experience
