Job summary

CyLife Church is seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives that advance ministry goals and events. You will build and track timelines, budgets, and ownership while coordinating with Worship, Communications, Tech, and Facilities to ensure smooth execution.

You will partner with the Senior Director of Operations to translate vision into action, develop scalable processes, and empower teams for excellence across seasons like Christmas and Easter.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project or operations leadership, preferably in church or nonprofit settings.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage both details and the big picture.
• Proficiency with PM tools like Asana and Planning Center; excellent communication in writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and evaluation of cross-department projects.
• Build project scopes, timelines, budgets, and ownership assignments.
• Track milestones, run alignment meetings, and ensure deadlines are met.
