Job summary

Vineyard Columbus is seeking a part-time Worship Coordinator for the Grandview Campus. You will lead weekend worship, recruit and develop volunteers, and coordinate worship planning and rehearsals to create engaging, Christ-centered worship environments.

We value spiritual maturity, teamwork, and the ability to manage schedules and events with creativity and organization. This role supports campus leadership and missions in a diverse Columbus community.

Qualifications

• Experience leading worship and coordinating worship teams.
• Ability to direct a band, lead rehearsals, and oversee worship service preparation.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills for schedules, rehearsals, and service planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekend worship services at the Grandview Campus.
• Develop and care for volunteer musicians and production team members.
• Coordinate worship planning and rehearsals to align with Vineyard Columbus values.
• Create worship environments that encourage authentic, Christ-centered worship.
• Support the ministry administration and collaborate with campus leadership.
