Job summary

Vineyard Columbus in Westerville, OH is seeking a full-time Receptionist for the Westerville Campus. You will welcome guests, answer phones, and respond to emails, delivering friendly, professional service to attendees, instructors, and program participants.

The role involves coordinating with the Community Engagement Manager, using office software, and upholding hospitality, safety and security. Fluency in Spanish or French is a plus, as is a strong eye for detail and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Previous professional experience in reception and/or customer service is preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and hospitality skills.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.

The Receptionist at our Vineyard Community Center is a full-time position that plays a key role in ensuring a friendly and welcoming environment for our guests whether in person, on the phone or through electronic communications.

Working closely with the Community Engagement Manager, they will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests, instructors, and program participants through effective communication, information, connection, compassion and care. They will utilize skills in telephonic, face-to-face & electronic communication to a diverse population. They will use computer programs & systems for ministry support, hospitality, and safety and security.
