Job summary
Vineyard Columbus is seeking a Video Production Specialist at the Westerville Campus who will manage live video operations for weekend services and special events. This full-time role requires coordinating with the Production Manager, maintaining video systems, and supporting both in-person and online audiences.
The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of live video production experience, strong technical skills, and a heart for ministry.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years in live video production, church production, broadcast, or event production.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of live video systems including switching, camera operation, playback, graphics, and livestream support.
- Strong understanding of video signal flow and technical troubleshooting.
- Ability to work well under pressure in live production environments.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and seasonal holiday events as required.
- Alignment with the mission, values, and culture of the church.
- Experience serving in a large church, multi-campus church, or live event venue is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning, execution, and ongoing improvement of video production for weekend services, special events, and ministry initiatives.
- Operate video switching, cameras, graphics, playback, and livestream support; troubleshoot as needed.
- Collaborate with the Production Manager and volunteer team to recruit and train volunteers.
- Provide coverage for weekend services, rehearsals, and special events.
- Contribute to a collaborative, ministry-centered team culture.
