Job summary

Vineyard Columbus's Pickerington Campus seeks a part-time Worship Coordinator to lead weekend services, develop volunteer musicians and vocalists, and coordinate worship planning and rehearsals. This role blends musical leadership with ministry administration, requiring creativity, organization, and a heart for discipleship.

As a key member of the Pickerington Worship team, you will serve under the Lead Pastor for Pickerington Campus, foster teams, and help cultivate a culture of worship aligned

• Experience leading worship and coordinating worship teams.
• Ability to recruit, train, and empower volunteer musicians and vocalists.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills for schedules, rehearsals, and service planning.
