Job summary

Vineyard Columbus is seeking a part-time Worship Coordinator for our Grandview Campus in Grandview Heights, OH. You will lead weekend worship, recruit and develop volunteers, and coordinate planning and rehearsals to create spiritually meaningful services.

You’ll work with the Grandview Lead Pastor and the broader worship team to foster a Christ-centered, engaging worship environment that reflects our mission and values.

Qualifications

• Experience leading worship and coordinating worship teams.
• Ability to direct a band, lead rehearsals, and oversee worship service preparation.
• Vocal and/or instrumental proficiency.
• Successful background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekend worship services and coordinate production for Grandview Campus.
• Develop and care for volunteer musicians and production team members.
• Coordinate worship planning and rehearsals across teams.
• Cultivate a culture of worship aligned with Vineyard Columbus’s mission.
• Collaborate with Lead Pastor for Grandview Campus and worship team.
