Job summary

The role requires 4+ years of manufacturing supervision, a related degree or cert, and strong data analytics to monitor KPIs. Base pay ranges from $95,764 to $125,690 with a bonus structure and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's Degree or technical certification in engineering or industrial maintenance preferred.
• 4+ years progressive experience in beverage production, maintenance, and/or warehouse operations preferred.
• Ability to manage and respond to issues for a 24/7 operation.

Responsibilities

• 24-hour accountability for safety, quality, production, delivery, cost and morale of a production line.
• Lead DDS (Daily Direction Settings) meetings and coach line leaders.
• Execute 90-day plans to eliminate losses using IWS tools and maintenance plans.
• Develop and coach Direct Reports to build a performance-driven culture.
• Oversee recruiting, interviewing, and selection to ensure a diverse, engaged workforce.
