Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola, USA is seeking a Manufacturing Line Manager to lead a high‑performing production line. You will oversee safety, quality, and performance with a focus on continuous improvement and cost control, across all shifts.

You will work with line leadership to develop capability, drive maintenance plans, and coach staff to achieve targets while delivering value to customers and the business.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or GED) required.
• Bachelor's Degree or technical certification in engineering or industrial maintenance preferred.
• 2+ years experience as manufacturing/operations supervisor with Bachelor's Degree/technical certification required OR 4+ years experience with HS/GED required.
• 4+ years progressive experience in beverage production, maintenance, and/or warehouse operations required.
• Experience delivering sustainable continuous process improvement programs through engaging, developing, and empowering teams.
• Knowledge of data analytics and appropriate KPI's for measurement of manufacturing systems.
• Ability to manage and respond to issues when needed for a 24/7 operation.
• Proven leadership capability in developing managers and other key employees within the operation.
• Demonstrated ability to build capable, engaged, high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• 24-hours multiple shift accountability for safety, quality, production, delivery, cost and morale and capability of a production line organization.
• Leads the manufacturing line Daily Direction Settings (DDS) meeting and coaches team leaders.
• Leads execution of 90-day plans to eliminate losses using IWS tools and annual maintenance plan.
• Sets direction for the production line and team; accountable for staff operating the line.
• Owns the CIL, defect handling and incident elimination DMSs.
• Collaborates with line leadership to improve DDS and build line team capability.
• Provides coaching to Direct Reports to build a performance-driven culture and oversees recruitment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
