Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes front of house, kitchen, floors, walk-ins and appliances.
• Washes, stores dishware, silverware and glasses using the dishwasher per industry standards.
• Follows 3-compartment sink procedures to wash and sanitize dishes.
• Performs health and safety procedures as set by policies and government agencies.
• Promotes a clean, safe and neat environment for guests and staff.
• May assist on the line to support kitchen, expo or service.
