Job summary

The Guest Experience Supervisor at the Broward Center for the Performing Arts and The Parker is responsible for supervising guest service operations and team members to deliver a first-class experience for all guests.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to coordinate day-of-event services, safety, accessibility, and guest flow across performances and events.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent English communication skills; Spanish fluency preferred.
• Ability to lift and distribute program materials up to 25 pounds.
• Experience in customer service and event-based environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-of-event guest services and staff.
• Provide world-class service to patrons via phone, in person, or at events.
• Coordinate accessibility resources and assist guests needing accommodations.
• Train and guide Head Ushers and volunteers.
• Ensure safety protocols and incident reporting.
• Open lobby and house doors at designated times and manage announcements.
