Qualifications

• Ideal candidates have strong communication and public relations skills.
• Experience supervising concessions or event staff is preferred.
• Proficiency with Windows-based programs (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise concessions and premium services staff and coordinate with HR on staffing.
• Maintain organization of storage rooms, par stock levels, and inventory control.
• Oversee deliveries, stock placement, and adherence to specifications for outlets.
• Monitor events and staff, ensure cleanliness, and provide quality guest experiences.
• Stay current on Food & Beverage trends and implement best practices.
