Job summary

The Denver Art Museum is seeking a part-time Event Work Crew member to assist in setting up and breaking down DAM events, including weddings, exhibitions, and corporate functions. You will handle equipment delivery, loading, unloading, and light cleaning, while supporting the facilities team with general tasks.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of event logistics experience, with strong communication, organization, and guest-service skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of prior experience with event setup and logistics preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for guest service.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with equipment setup and delivery (tables, chairs, stage).
• Assist with loading/unloading trucks; light cleaning duties as required.
• Take direction from managers and staff for event setup and tear-down.
• Provide support to Event Supervisor and Catering/Programming teams for logistics.
