Job summary

HYTORC is seeking an experienced Customer Support Associate to deliver world-class service in a product-driven environment. You will handle a high volume of emails and calls, service North American clients, and coordinate order details with purchasing and billing teams.

The role requires technical product enthusiasm, strong follow-up, and the ability to learn HYTORC part numbers quickly in a fast-paced warehouse setting. Prior SAP/ERP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in a product-driven environment, industrial products a plus.
• Ability to learn highly technical products quickly.
• Proactive, diligent, and able to work in fast-paced settings.
• Experience supporting physical products, inventory or manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle 75-100 emails per day.
• Handle 50-75 phone calls per day.
• Service clients across North America.
• Enter data into Excel, SAP (ERP) and other software.
• Coordinate missing components with purchasing for orders.
• Learn HYTORC product part numbers and accessories.
• Provide accurate billing information and documentation.
