Job summary

HYTORC is seeking an experienced Customer Support Associate to deliver WORLD CLASS service in a product-driven industrial environment. You will interact with clients and vendors, manage tool deliveries, and handle billing and data entry in SAP and Excel across North America.

Responsibilities include coordinating orders, backorders, inventory reconciliation, and providing accurate product information and support via phone and email. A proactive, self-starting attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Willing and able to learn a highly technical product quickly.
• Strong, relentless follow-up skills.
• Must be a self-starter and proactive.
• Experience supporting physical products, equipment, or industrial goods.
• Ability to move and work in a warehouse environment when needed.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and computers.

Responsibilities

• Service clients across North America.
• Schedule, communicate, and file delivery documents.
• Enter data into Excel and SAP (ERP) systems.
• Coordinate backorders with Purchasing.
• Learn HYTORC part numbers and accessories.
• Recommend equipment to meet customer needs.
• Maintain strong follow-up with customers.
• Enter and verify billing per price lists and agreements.
• Reconcile invoices with correct SKUs and shipping charges.
• Provide customers with order copies.
• Assist with shipping charges, price changes, and documentation exceptions.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries.
• Assist with account verifications, purchase dates, and warranty info.
• Monitor Domestic Box and route customer faxes.
