Job summary

HYTORC Middle East FZE is seeking an experienced Customer Support Associate to deliver world-class service in a technical product environment. You will support North American clients, learn HYTORC parts, and coordinate orders, pricing, and backorders with Purchasing and Sales teams.

The role requires strong follow-up, ability to work in a fast-paced setting, and proficiency with Excel/SAP. On-site work in a warehouse setting is common, with comprehensive benefits and career growth potential.

Qualifications

• Willing and able to learn a highly technical product quickly.
• Strong, relentless follow-up skills.
• Must be a self-starter with proactive attitude.
• Experience supporting physical products, inventory, or industrial goods.
• Able to move in warehouse environment to resolve inventory questions.

Responsibilities

• Service clients located across North America via phone and email.
• Schedule, communicate, and file documents for tool delivery.
• Enter data into Excel, SAP (ERP) and other software.
• Coordinate backorders and missing components with Purchasing.
• Learn HYTORC product parts and accessories; recommend equipment.
• Provide accurate billing details and ensure correct SKUs and pricing on invoices.
• Monitor orders, verify customer information and purchase data, and forward faxes as needed.
• Support internal stakeholders (Sales, Territory Managers, Customer Service) with inquiries.
