Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or in progress or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Attention to detail and curiosity drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Answer and resolve all customer inquiries with quick response time.
• Communicate effectively with customers via social media, phone, live chat, Q&A, reviews and email.
• Become a product expert on baseball/softball bats, gloves and related inventory.
• Review paid-reviewing orders to reduce credit card chargebacks.
• Initiate UPS claims on lost or damaged packages.
• Guide customers through returns for refunds or exchanges.
• Place orders over the phone.
• Draft letters, quotes, and miscellaneous correspondence as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to implement process improvements from customer feedback.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
