Qualifications

• Hands-on experience patching Windows servers through SCCM.
• Background as Windows Server Technician, Administrator, or Engineer.
• Ability to diagnose and fix patching failures.
• Willingness to work onsite and support nontraditional maintenance hours.

Responsibilities

• Install and manage Windows server patches using SCCM
• Troubleshoot unsuccessful patch installations and remediation
• Support patching across SQL, application, and web server environments
• Work with command-line tools, file permissions, and Active Directory
• Complete change-management documentation and reporting
• Follow banking, compliance, and patching procedures
• Participate in evening, overnight, and weekend maintenance windows
• Assist with vulnerability-remediation activities as the role expands
