Responsibilities

• Maintain calendars and coordinate logistics for two RESE Directors with established processes.
• Manage trackers, agendas, and meeting minutes to support informed decision-making.
• Organize file systems and RESE SharePoint pages for customer access and currency.
• Maintain access controls; badges deployed per RESE Directors' directions.
• Process expense reports for incurred RESE costs.
• Run the team's feedback machine and processes within deadlines.
• Support onboarding logistics for new RESE team members.
• Execute ad-hoc administrative tasks (e.g., catering requests, tech tickets).
