Job summary

Bridgewater Associates, LP in Westport, CT is seeking a Project Coordinator to support RESE’s day-to-day operations and small projects with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach. You’ll manage calendars, trackers, logistics, costs, and documentation, partnering with two RESE Directors in a fast-paced environment.

You will own defined projects end to end—from scope to closeout—coordinate vendors, track progress, and report outcomes directly to Directors.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication across stakeholders.
• Experience supporting operations, project coordination, administrative functions, or logistics.
• Sound judgment and ability to surface gaps, risks, or ambiguities.
• Proficient in Outlook; comfortable using Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint; able to learn new systems quickly.
• Based in or able to work primarily from Connecticut, with flexibility to travel to NYC as needed.
• 1–2 years of experience owning a project or workstream end to end.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-Day Operations: coordinate calendars, trackers, agendas, and meeting minutes for two RESE Directors; manage file systems and SharePoint pages; handle visitor access controls and expense reports; run the team’s feedback processes; support onboarding logistics; perform ad-hoc administrative tasks.
