Job summary

Office Images in Washington, DC is seeking a Designer to translate clients' visions into feasible workspace designs. You will work with clients and Account Executives to capture goals, prepare 2D/3D renderings with AutoCAD and CET, and develop final specifications for installation.

This role requires a Bachelor's in Design or related field, NCIDQ/WELL preferred, and 3 years of commercial design experience, preferably in office furniture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Architecture, or related field is required.
• 3 years' experience in commercial design; government-sector projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide design services for multiple salespeople including space planning, finishes, and proposals.
• Prepare 2D and 3D renderings using AutoCAD and CET.
• Develop and verify product specifications and working drawings for installation and construction.
• Coordinate with Sales and Project Management to define design scope and schedule.
• Ensure designs meet client requirements, budgets, and codes; maintain client satisfaction.
