Job summary

Office Images, a division of TSRC, Inc., seeks a Designer to realize clients' visions for workspace environments from initial mockups to order specifications. You will collaborate with clients, Account Executives, and Project Management to deliver high-quality, on-brand designs that meet budgets and schedules.

The role requires strong design skills, proficiency in AutoCAD and CET, and experience with office furniture projects and government-sector work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 3 years' experience in commercial design.
• Experience in the office furniture industry preferred.
• Experience with government-sector projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides design services for multiple salespeople (space planning, fabric and finish selections, proposal preparation).
• Utilizes AutoCAD and CET to prepare 2D and 3D renderings for design and planning.
• Obtains dimensions and necessary parameters in the field.
• Develops finished working drawings for specification and installation; validates plans against construction and A&D drawings.
• Coordinates with Sales and Project Management to define design scope of work and timelines.
• Attends client planning and project kickoff meetings.
• Maintains client satisfaction and adheres to project budgets and timelines.
