Qualifications

• 10+ years of software testing and quality engineering experience in enterprise environments.
• Proven experience architecting and implementing automation solutions using Worksoft Certify in large-scale settings.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end business process testing across integrated systems.
• Experience designing automation frameworks, reusable components, and governance models.
• Ability to present and demonstrate full automation lifecycles from test creation to execution and maintenance.
• Experience with ERP applications such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce or similar.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the enterprise automation strategy using the Worksoft platform across multiple applications and business processes.
• Architect scalable, reusable, and maintainable automation solutions supporting end-to-end validation.
• Lead automation framework design, standards, governance, and best practices to improve efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, testing teams, developers, and leaders to identify automation opportunities.
• Design, develop, and optimize Worksoft Certify automation assets for ERP, CRM, and other enterprise apps.
• Demonstrate complete end-to-end automated test execution processes, including design, execution, reporting, and defect management.
• Mentor automation engineers and QA teams on Worksoft capabilities, architecture, and best practices.
