Job summary

Capgemini Cincinnati-based role seeks a Worksoft Automation Architect to lead design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise test automation using the Worksoft platform. You will define automation strategy, architect scalable frameworks, and drive end-to-end business process validation across ERP, CRM, and other enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in software testing, strong Worksoft Certify experience in large enterprises, and excellent stakeholder leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software testing and quality engineering experience.
• Experience architecting and implementing automation solutions using Worksoft Certify in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Experience working with ERP applications such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or other complex enterprise platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and consulting skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the enterprise automation strategy using the Worksoft platform across multiple applications and business processes.
• Architect scalable, reusable, and maintainable automation solutions that support complex end-to-end business process validation.
• Lead automation framework design, standards, governance, and best practices to improve test efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, testing teams, developers, and program leadership to identify and prioritize automation opportunities.
• Design, develop, and optimize Worksoft Certify automation assets for ERP, CRM, and other enterprise business applications.
• Demonstrate and explain complete end-to-end automated test execution processes, including test design, execution, reporting, and defect management.
• Mentor automation engineers and QA teams on Worksoft capabilities, automation architecture, implementation approaches, and operational best practices.
