Job summary

ATI Worksite Solutions in Saginaw, MI is seeking an Injury Prevention Specialist / Certified Athletic Trainer to design and implement on-site health programs for employees, focusing on injury prevention and wellness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Athletic Training is required.
• BOC certification or eligible to sit for the BOC is preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and AED certification required.
• Discipline-specific license or certification as appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Assess employee health status and create individualized improvement plans.
• Develop, implement, and document injury prevention programs for on-site employees.
• Observe body mechanics and assess risk to mitigate injuries.
• Educate employees to address discomfort and prevent injuries through job-specific coaching.
• Assist with medical surveillance testing and clinic operations.
• Provide health education and training on wellness and disease prevention topics.

Associates degree with PTA licensure
