ATI Worksite Solutions in Zeeland, MI is seeking an Injury Prevention Specialist/Athletic Trainer to support on-site employee health. The role emphasizes proactive risk assessment, program development, and collaboration with industrial clients to reduce injuries.

You will conduct workplace assessments, design tailored prevention plans, deliver coaching, and assist with medical surveillance and clinic operations. New grads welcome; a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Athletic Training or related field.
• Active licensure or eligibility for licensure as appropriate.
• BLS and AED certification required.

Responsibilities

• Interface with office and industrial clients to assess health status and create improvement plans.
• Observe work performance, assess body mechanics, and develop mitigation plans.
• Document treatments and coach for continuous improvement.
• Understand OSHA first aid recordkeeping requirements (29 CFR 1904.7).
• Provide health education and training on wellness and disease prevention.

Bachelor's Degree in Athletic Training

Master's Degree in Athletic Training

Associates degree as a PTA with licensure

Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science/Athletic Training/Kinesiology/Allied Health

2 years military healthcare experience
