Job summary

Qualifications

Minimum 2–5 years direct supervision of shop personnel.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret pump drawings.
Strong communication with diverse client groups.
Troubleshooting rotating equipment and assembly processes.
Safely apply shop procedures and maintain documentation.

Responsibilities

Generate and assign daily work tasks for workshop staff.
Organize tools, materials, drawings and inspection sheets.
Inspect parts and equipment for quality and specs.
Coordinate with engineers on defect reports and approvals.
Maintain safe work practices and policy compliance.
Provide training to workshop employees on procedures.
Report incidents and hazards promptly.
Lead by example and take on extra projects as needed.
