TAS Energy in Houston, TX seeks an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to lead direct labor teams, plan assembly activities, and ensure alignment with engineering, purchasing, quality, and project managers. You will drive on-time delivery, maintain safety standards, and manage budgets and schedules across multiple projects.

The role requires 5+ years supervisory experience in heavy mechanical manufacturing, strong ISO awareness, and proficiency with AutoCAD, MS Word, and Excel.

Competenze

• Experience leading manufacturing/industrial teams in a heavy mechanical environment.
• Ability to read P&ID, ISO, and engineering drawings.
• 7–10 years technical manufacturing experience.
• 5+ years supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Word, MS Excel.
