Qualifications

• Five years of experience leading complex technology programs.
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-workstream delivery across cross-functional stakeholders and vendors.
• Proven ability to improve execution using automation, data analytics, and modern work management practices.
• Experience leading AI-assisted software development tools with validation for correctness, performance, and security.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery governance for large, cross-functional workplace technology programs.
• Define program cadence, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics; implement workflow automation to improve data quality and speed decisions.
• Build portfolio dashboards and executive-ready reporting using advanced analytics and automated data pipelines.
• Manage program financials including forecasting, budget tracking, and variance commentary.
• Partner with risk and control functions to ensure delivery practices meet required controls and audit readiness.
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices with validation standards and secure handling of inputs/outputs.
• Apply SDLC toolchain knowledge to improve automation value.
• Lead continuous improvements across intake, planning, resource forecasting, and delivery processes.
• Mentor team members and promote operational excellence and inclusive collaboration.
• Establish safe and compliant use of AI-assisted tools with validation standards.
