Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in innovation, technology enablement, digital transformation, analytics, product development, business transformation, or consulting
• Ability to translate business problems into scalable tech solutions
• Experience with large datasets and dashboards
• Proven cross-functional leadership in a matrixed environment
• Strong governance and risk awareness

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategy that guides innovation, AI adoption, technology enablement, and organizational effectiveness
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, decision-making, and scalability through technology, automation, AI, and data-driven solutions
• Lead solution delivery from concept through deployment, including business case development, prototyping, testing, and implementation
• Design technology-enabled tools, dashboards, workflows, and automation capabilities that improve business outcomes
• Integrate multiple data sources to generate actionable insights and support strategic recommendations
• Evaluate emerging technologies and pilot new capabilities to assess business applicability and scalability
• Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, recommendations, and updates for senior leadership
• Guide and develop team members while fostering innovation, experimentation, continuous improvement, and accountability
