Job summary

Henderson Engineers seeks a Workplace Technology Manager to lead the strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement of workplace technologies across all locations in the United States. You will oversee endpoints, virtual desktops, Service Desk operations, AV engineering, and asset lifecycle management, partnering with stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable solutions aligned with our strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in information systems, CS, or business.
• 7+ years in progressive IT, across workplace tech disciplines.
• 3+ years in people management leading end-user support/engineering teams.
• Experience with ITSM/ITIL, endpoint management, AV systems, or asset management.
• Familiarity with modern endpoint management platforms (Intune, Jamf, SCCM).

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team across End-User Compute, Service Desk, AV, On-Site Support, and Asset Management.
• Drive automation of device provisioning workflows to accelerate onboarding.
• Oversee Service Desk operations and evolve SLA/SLO frameworks for US locations.
• Coordinate enterprise AV systems development, deployment, and lifecycle management.
• Manage hardware asset lifecycle, licensing compliance, and vendor contracts.
