The Workplace Technologies Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting all components of the Office 365 and Windows PC environments in a diverse enterprise setting. This role serves as a subject matter expert for Office 365, legacy on-premises productivity applications, and Windows deployment automation. The engineer will create and manage software deployment packages, develop scripts for complex configurations, and provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support for end-user computing and conferencing systems.
