Job summary

Allegiant is seeking a Workplace Technology Support Technician in Las Vegas to provide first-level support for Windows, Mac, and mobile devices, including printers and peripherals. You'll handle device setup, triage, and user assistance to keep endpoint operations secure and efficient.

Role involves on-site support across multiple Allegiant sites, assisting with new-hire provisioning, documenting interactions in the ITSM system, and following ITIL processes such as Incident, Change, Event, and

Qualifications

• Combination of Education and Experience will be considered.
• Must be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986.
• Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
• Education: High School Diploma/GED
• Two years of related experience supporting users or the general public.
• Two years of experience supporting end-user technology in a collaborative IT environment.
• Demonstrated experience supporting Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.

Responsibilities

• Provides first-level support for hardware including workstations, mobile devices, and conferencing equipment in person, by phone, and online.
• Assists with new-hire provisioning including hardware, software, and user access.
• Documents interactions and work in Allegiant's ITSM system of record.
• Diagnoses and resolves hardware and software issues within SLA guidelines.
• Authors knowledge articles to maintain a relevant Knowledge Base.
• Responds to after-hours issues when scheduled on-call.
• Continuously improves end-user experience and adheres to security and compliance standards.
• Follows ITIL processes including Incident, Change, Event, and Problem Management with Root Cause Analysis.
• Conducts onboarding sessions for employees and pilots across Allegiant groups.
• Provides on-site support for high-visibility events.
• Configures devices using MDM and imaging platforms (Intune, Jamf, AirWatch, SCCM, Tanium).
• Maintains inventory records and travels to support multiple Las Vegas sites.
