Job summary

Savills North America is seeking a Workplace Strategy professional in Los Angeles to collaborate with brokers, clients, and the Workplace Strategy team. You will develop programs, gather client requirements, and propose occupant-focused workplace solutions for commercial spaces.

The role requires 2-3 years in workplace strategy or related fields, strong CAD/Revit skills, and proficiency in InDesign/Photoshop.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience in Workplace Strategy or related fields (architecture, brokerage, consulting, design, real estate).
• Space planning and test-fitting skills in commercial spaces.
• Proficiency in CAD or Revit, and Adobe InDesign/Photoshop.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with brokers, Workplace Strategy team and clients to gather requirements and propose workplace solutions.
• Develop knowledge of workplace design, technology, management, and change management as drivers of strategy.
• Create sales support materials for client presentations on workplace strategy issues.
• Represent Workplace Strategy in proposals and pitches to generate new business.
• Support existing clients by refining current workplace strategies and guiding change management.
• Provide insights into workplace strategy practices and trends to inform client projects.
