Qualifications

• Legal ability to work in the US.
• Live in Los Angeles.
• 4‑7 years minimum experience.
• Work in person a minimum of 4 days a week.
• NCIDQ, WELL, and LEED certifications are a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients and convey professionalism.
• Work with Senior Designers to develop cost‑effective solutions.
• Use hand sketching and digital modeling to convey ideas.
• Produce designs and construction documents.
• Assist in visioning and space planning exercises.
• Render conceptual designs and prepare presentations.
• Have strong technical knowledge of sourcing materials.
• Prepare documents for city permitting and construction.
• Communicate with subconsultants and contractors.
• Meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality work.
• Conduct construction administration and site visits.
