Qualifications
Legal ability to work in the US.
Live in Los Angeles.
4‑7 years minimum experience.
Work in person a minimum of 4 days a week.
NCIDQ, WELL, and LEED certifications are a bonus.
Responsibilities
Interact with clients and convey professionalism.
Work with Senior Designers to develop cost‑effective solutions.
Use hand sketching and digital modeling to convey ideas.
Produce designs and construction documents.
Assist in visioning and space planning exercises.
Render conceptual designs and prepare presentations.
Have strong technical knowledge of sourcing materials.
Prepare documents for city permitting and construction.
Communicate with subconsultants and contractors.
Meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality work.
Conduct construction administration and site visits.
