Job summary

You will mentor junior designers, manage budgets and contracts, and present strategies to clients. Excellent communication and a strong portfolio with 2D/3D software proficiency are required to drive design excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or interior design from an accredited 4-year university.
• 5+ years of professional experience in interior design or architecture.
• Certified Interior Designer or working toward certification; active professional organization membership.
• Strong mentoring and leadership capabilities with client-facing experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to present design concepts to clients.
• Experience managing design budgets, scope, and contracts; coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full design project lifecycle from programming to production deliverables.
• Lead design strategies and client engagements; support new business development.
• Collaborate with sales, project management, and procurement to deliver proposals and presentations.
• Develop and articulate design concepts; guide documentation and production processes.
• Manage project budgets, scope, and contracts; coordinate internal and external resources.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to team growth.
