Job summary

You will partner with site stakeholders, translate needs into actionable space solutions, and guide capital projects while respecting regulatory and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in a technical field and US work authorization.
• Experience in workplace strategy or occupancy planning preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills; able to communicate with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with stakeholders and tenants in Indianapolis facilities.
• Translate business needs into facility/work environment responses and plans.
• Manage capital & occupancy projects aligning with corporate standards.
• Coordinate with FM&WS and external partners on project delivery.
