This role blends workplace strategy, space planning, and data-driven decision making, translating workforce insights into clear plans.

You will collaborate with Real Estate Strategy, Associate Experience, Facilities and Operations, Workforce Planning, and Design teams to align space supply with evolving needs,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture/Design or related field.
• 3–5+ years experience in corporate or consulting environment.
• Ability to translate data into space scenarios and actionable plans.
• Experience with space utilization data to evolve standards and typologies.
• Strong judgment on privacy, security and confidentiality.
• Advanced storytelling to influence executives with data-backed narratives.

Responsibilities

• Translate workforce trends and space insights into practical plans.
• Coordinate occupancy planning across a multi-site portfolio.
• Develop space scenarios, stack plans, phasing strategies, and migration plans.
• Collaborate with Real Estate Strategy, Associate Experience, Facilities & Operations, Workforce Planning and Design teams.
• Influence leaders with data-backed narratives to guide decisions.
• Lead space activation, move planning, and phasing coordination.
