Job summary

Lilly is seeking a Manager - Workplace Strategist in Indianapolis to build relationships with stakeholders and balance occupant needs with FM&WS strategies. You will represent the voice of the customer on local and corporate projects, including capital initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate standards.

You will manage occupancy data, drive utilization, and contribute to strategic master planning, while coordinating with various internal groups and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, Life Sciences discipline or other technical discipline required.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; Lilly will not sponsor visas for this role.
• Experience in discovery/research lab environments and workplace strategy/occupancy planning is valued.

• Establish links with customers and stakeholder counterparts to support occupancy strategy.
• Translate business issues into effective facility/work environment responses.
• Oversee capital projects and coordinate with FMWS and project partners.
