The Workplace Specialist serves as the face of the company and plays a key role in creating an exceptional experience for employees, customers, and visitors. This position is responsible for maintaining a welcoming, professional, and operationally excellent workplace by supporting daily office operations, coordinating meetings and events, managing workplace services, and ensuring the headquarters is prepared to support business needs.

Bachelors degree (or equivalent work-related experience) is preferred
2+ years in workplace operations, hospitality, office administration, customer service, or a related field preferred.
