Job summary

Cerity Partners seeks a Workplace Implementation Manager to standardize onboarding and optimize the delivery of Workplace Solutions financial counseling programs. You will design repeatable implementation frameworks and partner with corporate stakeholders to drive program adoption.

You will lead cross-functional onboarding, develop training for advisors, and translate advisor feedback into actionable recommendations for corporate partners, advancing program reach and impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in relationship management, project management, or financial advisory services.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience partnering with HR and corporate stakeholders on benefits and compensation planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and improve standardized onboarding and implementation playbooks.
• Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation for Workplace Solutions programs.
• Coordinate with internal teams for advisor lead assignments.
• Design, develop, and deliver training materials for advisors.
• Maintain regular advisor communication to gather insights and drive engagement.
• Synthesize feedback into actionable recommendations for partners.
• Collaborate with marketing to drive awareness and utilization among eligible populations.
• Analyze engagement data to refine program reach and effectiveness.
• Identify expansion opportunities with corporate partners.
