Job summary

Fiducient Advisors, part of Wealthspire, is seeking a Client Success Manager to oversee the onboarding and ongoing delivery of our workplace financial wellness program for a portfolio of plan sponsor clients. You will drive onboarding, engagement reporting, and opportunities to expand the client relationship in a dynamic, hybrid environment.

The role requires 3–5 years in client success or related fields, strong communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in client success, account management, financial wellness, or employee benefits.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and familiarity with CRM and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and manage daily onboarding and operational implementation of the financial wellness program for assigned clients.
• Prepare, track, and deliver client reporting including participation and engagement metrics.
• Support client retention by maintaining high-quality service and steady program delivery.
• Provide 1:1 financial mentoring backup and assist in group education sessions.
• Coordinate with technology partners to ensure platform setup and customization.
